Prior to our initial meeting we conduct market research to better understand what challenges you might be facing based on industry or economic impacts in the marketplace. We provide a background document so that we can have a snapshot overview of what your needs might be. This enables us to make the most of our time together, have a meaningful conversation and determine a plan forward.
An Assessment and Plan Forward presentation will be delivered no later then 5 days after initial meeting. This will outline our understanding so that we are aligned and discuss proposed solution and plan forward. We are flexible and work in phases based on priorities, needs and the ability for customer engagement if that is needed. We work on a project by project bases or for Talent Aqcuiistion our fee is based on a % of talents overall compensation.
Once the project or talent acquisition initiative has begun we will align on your vision and goals. Communication channels are then defined so that we are set up for success.
Weekly Client Review Meeting and Reports will be delivered so that can obtain feedback, share new information and alter our plan and approach forward.
